Box Style

RSC

Regular Slotted Carton (RSC) The most common box style.
The four panels on top and bottom meet in the middle.
This is a highly-efficient design for many applications and produces little manufacturing waste.

Half Slotted Carton (HSC)

A variation of the RSC, the HSC has one less set of flaps. Oriented upright, this box has an open top. It can remain that way or can be closed with a separate lid.

Partial Overlap Slotted Carton (POL)

Outer flaps extend partially across the width to enhance top and bottom cushioning.

Full Overlap Slotted Carton (FOL)

As the name implies, box flaps completely overlap by extending to the other side of the box opening. This style is a great choice for boxes that will endure rough handling.

Die Cut Boxes

Die Cut Boxes

We customize containers that require angular, circular, or other unusual cuts, slots, and scores. Die-cut boxes may also feature perforated lines, ventilation holes, or access holes.

Trays

These sheets are folded, scored and slotted to form a secure product tray or a lid for an open box.

Full-Telescoping Style

Consists of a separate top and bottom that fit over one another other. Ideal when package depth is an issue and/or when package contents need added corner protection.

One-Piece Folders

Made from a single piece of corrugated board. One-piece folders have a flat bottom, end flaps, and side flaps that fold and meet to create the top of the box. Perfect for books, printed matter, and electronic components.

Pads/Partitions/Internal Packaging Products

These customized configurations separate, cushion, suspend, and/or fill irregular spaces within a container.
