Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) is a rigid, completely recyclable materialproduced from solid beads of polystyrene.It has various applications in packaging and insulation. EPS can be moulded to specific customised shapes, giving unlimited freedom to designers.

Our manufacturing capacity to process 2,00,000 MT of EPS products from our 3 factories. We are the largest EPS shape moulders in India. Our units are spread across Southern India in Tamilnadu (Thiruvallur), Andhra Pradesh (Chithoor) and Hyderabad (Telangana). We have more than 40 machines. We are honoured to say that, we are technically advanced and competent EPS makers in India.

Our experts in-house team handles everything, right from conceptualization to the final product which includes prototyping and design of the EPS part, and development and manufacturing of EPS moulds and the moulded parts.
