Our State of art facility commenced operations in October 2007, supplying our clients with a wide range of packaging products and solutions. Our State of art facility comprises of 200,000 sq.ft. built-up area with vacant land up to 4,50,000 sq.ft.

Today, Star Boxes employs more than 300 persons and is well positioned in India to support globally and Indian customers. In a relatively short period, the company has built a customer base in the growing Indian consumers’ market. Long-term business associations as our hallmark, the customers are served to enable them to be successful in the rapidly growing markets.

CORRUGATER

Star Boxes can boast of possessing new generation fully automated machines and excellent latest manufacturing facilities. Our corrugated operations are fully automated which can produce the maximum output of 250 linear meters per minute. Our installed capacity is 3000mt per month and the corrugator machine which can stack on its own has a paper moisture conditioning facility and has an accuracy of 1 mm.

FLEXO PRINTING MACHINE

We have a fully automated flexo printing machine which can produce 300,000 cartons a day. The machine performs jobs which require 3 colours and is a multipurpose machine which can print, slot, paste and bundle on its own making boards ready for delivery.

SUPPLY CHAIN STORAGE

Star Boxes is very particular and follow a detailed process for selecting vendors of raw materials as this is a major contributor for producing quality boxes. Our vendor base extends to global suppliers who are the best globally in their respective products. We have a built-up area of 35,000 sq.ft. raw material storage facility apart from a separate finished goods storage area. A very good storage facility helps us in better inventory storage and control.
